By using the ENAI New language for yours business, our Messenger bot, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ENAI provides a sales and support experience via Facebook Messenger, including AI-assisted messaging and a dashboard (New language for yours business) for managing leads and conversations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where feasible.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate Meta's policies or any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
- Use the service to send spam, harass, or harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these terms or harms others.
4. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ENAI, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
5. Intellectual Property
ENAI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Recurring payments
When buying a paid subscription, the user confirms the recurring payment terms once. The plan price and billing interval are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Card payments are processed securely by Flitt; future payments are merchant-initiated according to the selected plan interval without requiring the user to re-enter card details.
Information about an upcoming recurring payment is sent to the user by email and/or in-app notification at least 4 weeks before the payment date. If a trial period is longer than 7 days, a reminder is sent 3-7 days before the trial ends.
Subscriptions can be cancelled in the app from Settings / Subscription. After cancellation, the subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; use your judgment before relying on it for decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
