Your Right to Delete Data
If you have chatted with the ENAI bot on Facebook Messenger, we may store your Facebook Page-scoped user ID (PSID), conversation history, and related information. You have the right to request deletion of this data.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data:
- Send an email to contact@enai.chatwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request" (or similar).
- Include one of the following so we can identify your data:
- The Facebook account name or profile link you used to chat with our bot, or
- A message stating you are requesting deletion for the account that messaged our Facebook Page.
- We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted from our systems.
What We Delete
Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize the user data we hold that is associated with you, including conversation history, lead records, and any stored identifiers, in line with our Privacy Policy. We may retain data where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes (e.g., backups) and will delete it when no longer needed.
Facebook / Meta
Deleting your data from ENAI does not delete your Facebook account or data held by Meta. To manage or delete data that Meta holds, please see Meta's help center.
